Life with the desi consultancies is mutual. As a fresh graduate student
all that you want is Job and legal status and all they need is revenues. If you didn't find a company
who can offer you a full time job then its better you approach Desi consulting firm.
Some parameters you consider before you join them
Look for a firm who can offer you a proper training.
I mean proper training with atleast 5 students, always a
    pool
of students can help you in exchanging the Ideas.
Proper class room can boost your psychologial
    feeling
to learn and follow the tutors.
Do some research on the company before you join
How many employees are there?
Did that had any legal

problems?( H-1b denial thro them, or Visa rejections)
Don't beleive in their recruiters a 10th passed out guy can also be a recruiter.
Believe in your tutor and

friends in the domain where you are looking for jobs.
Try not to give your original copies, all your
legal proceedings can go with copies of your originals
Don't expect them to pay on time this is common with the most
Desi firms.Bcoz they rely on their vendors
they have to get paid before you.
Better you check the way they are applying for your H-1b and Green Card.
Review and discuss the
contents of the documents they are sending on behalf of you to INS
Stay calm and discuss your problems with them politely.
Try to proceed with your green card stuff ASAP.
If you are planning to move out their firm try to find the reasonable answer to move out
and get all the     balance
amount which you supposed to get.
Don't try to jump for different firm no sooner you complete your training.
Stay atleast for one project with
    them and then act accordingly.
Try to keep your profile active in the Job sites. Give your EmailID don't give your ph #
,follow your emails
and try to update yourself with the way job market is moulding.
